I'm having problems with my wireless internet
Try these steps - they might fix it:
Turn your router off for a few minutes - also turn off anything you want to connect, like your computer, laptop or phone. Then turn everything back on again.
Try moving your router to see if you can improve the signal - it may help to try it in some different places. If you can, avoid putting your router in a corner of the room, on the floor, or under furniture.
Are other electrical or wireless equipment interfering with your Wi-Fi signal? Try temporarily turning off TVs, microwaves, body monitors, cordless telephones, or video senders. You could also try moving them away from the router.
