I’ve lost my Cashback Card / my card has been stolen

To block your Cashback Card:

  1. Open the cashback section of the UW app or in your Online Account

  2. Select option ‘Cards’ followed by ‘freeze card’

You should block your Cashback Card if it’s been lost or stolen, or if you spot a transaction using your card that you don’t recognise. 

Blocking your card immediately prevents it from being used in shops, online, or to withdraw cash from ATMs. 

After blocking your card, you should call us as quickly as possible if you believe your card has been or may be used fraudulently. We can also provide you with a replacement. Please give our team a call, they will be glad to help.

If you later find your card, you can unblock it by using the same method as above
