How will I receive Feed-In Tariff (FIT) payments?

You'll need to give us a Feed-In Tariff (FIT) meter reading each month, or at least once every quarter.  We'll use this to make a FIT payment on the following month's bill.

To find out more about the FIT tariff rates, you can visit Ofgem’s website

The FIT payment will normally be offset against the bill amount, with any remaining credit refunded by Direct Debit on the last or first working day of the month (the date that payment is usually due).

Don't forget to give us a meter reading

We can't pay you if we don't receive this.

The simplest and quickest way to give us a reading anytime is through your online account or on the UW app (tap the button below).

Or all our automated meter reading line on 0333 777 0999.
