How do I get a replacement SIM?

You may need us to replace a SIM in the following circumstances:

  • lost your phone or SIM

  • believed it's damaged or you have a faulty SIM

  • upgraded to a new handset and need a different SIM size

  • never received your original SIM

  • upgrading to 4G

  • need a SIM for mobile broadband


and let us know so we can apply a bar to it and we'll get a new one sent out to you as soon as we can.

Once processed, the SIM is dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class post and will arrive within 1-3 working days. Monday to Friday - ordered before 12 midday it will leave the same day. Anything ordered after 12 midday will leave the next working day (Fridays & Saturdays excluded).

If a bar was placed on the lost SIM, you won't need to call to unbar the service - it will be unbarred automatically when the new SIM is activated.

However, if you had previously lifted the international roaming bar, you'll need to do it again after you've activated the new SIM. Use the button below to do this.
