I’m switching to another supplier and not moving home, do I need to close my account?
When you’re transferring your services to another provider, you don’t need to complete a home move process. As part of the transfer process, your account will be closed on the transfer date. There may be an Early Termination Fee for some services, if they are currently in a contract.
